It is one of the leading hotels owned and managed by the Landis Hotels and resorts. The wonderful architecture is the creation of the US Architecture firm the Kohn Pederson Fox Associates. The management runs and occupies the hotel from the 24th through to the 46 Floors. It has taken the initiative to have its own separate ground floor entrance. Location of One Hotel in Taichung, the hotel has become a landmark in the city for its location in the highest structure in the city and the fifth highest in Taiwan. Very friendly staff and great facilities the only room for improvement was a more expanded room service menu with some more healthy options.
