"The run down outlook was not what..."
The run down outlook was not what I expected. However, the overall experience was good. The interior of the hotel was beatiful compared to the building outlook. Near to subway, get to eat the famous beef noodle near the hotel.

Nice big room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, and plenty of space to put your clothes. I didn't use room service or any of the hotel's other facilities so I can't comment on them. Perfect hotel

Hotel is comfortable, clean and with excellent service by its staff. The location is ideal for access to the MRT, banks and restaurants. The hotel restaurant was a bit pricey for the quality of the food.
