Good location and service
Hotel very near to metro line. Convenient store, Mcdonald and shopping mall nearby. Hotel staff very attentive to your needs.

We like the front desk service provided....
We like the front desk service provided. They expected us upon arrival, helpful when ask for directions, never fail to ask offer additional help or tip and anticipate our needs even before we ask. Great place for family holidays !!

The room was large enough for 3...
The room was large enough for 3 adults and 1 child (they dont charge for the one child 8 years). The room was very clean, modern, bathroom with tothbrush, tothpasta, shampo, showergel, in the room cafe and tea maker, frehs fruits ... . The cree was very nice and helpfull. The breakfast was exellent. If we need to sleep in Taipei we wolud choice this HOTEL again. For the service, what we got the price was very good. Thanks for the Crew.

I really like this hotel, although its...
I really like this hotel, although its small but they have all the facilities for you and the staffs are friendly. Firstly, they provide you a cellphone that you can bring with you when you go out. You won't miss a single call even when you're not in the room + you get free incoming calls and you only have to pay a small amount for a local call that you made from the cellphone. So it made you safe lots of roaming charges. Secondly, they even provide you free internet service & computer which you can access from the lobby or in the room. Les Suites Ching Cheng are highly recomended for those who are there for business. Last but not least, Les Suites Ching Cheng is only a minute away from the MRT, its very convinient and it surrounded by shopping malls and shops. It's very easy to find food or whatever you need there.

A truly unique boutique hotel in a class of her own. Nice ambience, good choice of toiletries(lavender!) and impeccable service(The staff offered bottled mineral water when I leave for the airport!)

We stayed at this hotel soon after...
We stayed at this hotel soon after it opened and were very impressed. The room was spacious, well appointed, spotlessly clean and quiet. Staff were professioanal, pleasant and unfazed by a same sex couple checking in. They spoke good English and adequate Japanese as well. (My partner is Japanese). Location is convenient if travelling by MRT and walking distance to shopping. We did however have some difficulty in finding a wide range of restaurants nearby. Breakfast could have been a bit more extensive, but as it was included in the room rate when we stayed, no major complaints. Les Suites epitomises everything a good boutique hotel should be. Why would anyone choose a large chain Mc-hotel for the same rate?

This is one hotel that makes feel...
This is one hotel that makes feel quite at home with a 24-hour internet lounge. They serve coffee and tea with cookies whole day through. It's just a few steps away from the MRT station and also a 24-hour convenient store. It has lots of restaurants at walking distance too. The staff were polite and courteous.
