First a big thanks goes to Asia...
First a big thanks goes to Asia Rooms for another trouble free booking. My Brother and I booked all our hotels in Japan via your website for last year trip.
There is no faulting of San Want location. Absolutely perfect and right in the heart of the city where everything is available (make sure you try the bakery next door) and the MRT station is just a 10 seconds walk!!. There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area, and if you a shopoholic then you have chosen the right place to stay.
The service was great and the staff spoke very good english and were very helful all the time and anytime I requested anything. You also get to use free internet on level 4 next to the hotel lobby.
To my pleasant surprise, breakfast was included with the reservation (though Asia Room website mentioned that no breakfast was included, so that was a nice surprise which also saved me a fair bit of money as the breakfast was very good in terms of quality, quantity and variety).
Personally and most important item for me is the cleanliness of the room. This was very good. Bathroom was spotless and had a feel of semi luxury. Sheets where very clean and bright white and all towels and sheets replaced daily and room cleaned on time. Furniture quality was good if not great and plenty of channels on TV. The only complaint here was that the carpet needs a good clean or replacement to give the room a better feel.
There was no smell of smoke in the room or any other smell. However, u may get some in the room if you leave the window open. The AC does the job perfectly and temperature control keeps the room fresh.
i would not call the room big but neither small. It was perfect for my use (sleep and shower then head out all day).
In terms of facilites, Iwas told that there is a gym available but since i was on holiday, I wanted to be away from gyms from a bit :). Other than that, everything avaialble though I did not try the restaurant in the hotel.
Overall a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay there again.
