The hotel is big and the location...
The hotel is big and the location is very convenient. Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. However, buffet breakfast has very limited choice of dishes and staff closed the buffet half an hour earlier and left some guests with nothing else to eat except coffee and tea.

Hotel staff is kind and effective ready to...
Hotel staff is kind and effective ready to support you with suggestion. Rooms are clean and fairly sized Brekfast it's fine, wide choice of meals Even if not exactely in the city center is well located just 5 minutes walk from H Ming Seng Subway you can go everywere in short time avoinding crowded road at rush hours,taxis are very chep always waiting for you outside hotel Of course it will be my first choice for next trip

Great service by the hotel staff and...
Great service by the hotel staff and it was just a pleasure staying in Santos Hotel. The rooms could definitely be brighter but nevertheless it was a comfortable room. The hotel staff are courteous and just pleasant.

A very clean hotel and very centrally...
A very clean hotel and very centrally located - 5 mins walk to the nearest train station. From CKS airport take about 1Hr during peak hr, offpeak will take less than 45 mins back to the airport. I assume this hotel is a Japanese favourite. When I was there, lots of Japanese stay there. Breakfast is nice too - not the conventional american breakfast - they have free flow of Yakult - something very good for your digestive system. Staff are extremly good and helpful to assist all your questions.

Santos Hotel is very clean and staffs...
Santos Hotel is very clean and staffs are very friendly and helpful.  The location is excellent.  We found it very comfortable to stay there.

my family and i enjoyed our stay...
my family and i enjoyed our stay at Santos. The staff is helpful, the breakfast provided is unique and the hotel is clean. Accessible in terms of transportation and the hotel is located near a famous local restaurant. The hotel provide surprises for those whose bday fall on the day they stay at the hotel

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel....
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is not Ritz-Carlton or The Plaza, but you can stay here very comfortably. The location is very convenient, rooms are clean and well maintained, and.... the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I'd stay at the Santos hotel Taipei again. Thank you!

When we first arrived at the Santos...
When we first arrived at the Santos hotel they offered us tea and gave us women a rose, so from the beginning I had wonderful impression of the hotel. The rooms were a little old but clean. The beds were comfortable compared to other hotels around. The staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English well. The MRT (Minquan W. Road Station) is about a 5 minute walk.

Excellent hotel service!!! Staffs were extremely friendly and I can say service provided is equivalent to a 5 star hotel. Santos hotel is located near the MRT, very convenient and bus stop to the airport is also nearby. Counter staffs briefly explained the attractions around the hotel upon check in. Would definitely choose Santos again if I happen to be in Taipei again.
