Sheraton Taipei Hotel opened on March 24th, 1981 under the name of Lai Lai Sheraton Hotel and collaborated with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. to provide five-star facilities and services. Control of the hotel officially transferred to the management of My Humble House Hospitality Management Consulting Co. Ltd. on July 1, 2002, and the name was changed to Sheraton Taipei Hotel.
