- upon checkin i was asked which language newspaper i preferred to receive a daily delivery, the 4 days that i stayed there was not one newspaper delivery to the room. - the room had a stale smell, and got worse when any drawer, cupboard door was open. we opened the window to try and air out the room but the stench had been long standing so it was little compensation. - the buffet food did not look fresh and presentable nor clean and orderly. - the hotel itself is old and for the price it charged given the location was not value for money. - i have stayed at the fullerton south before multiple times which was value for money, clean and simple. However the front desk staff were rude and obnoxious so i have not stayed there since. The manager on duty did apologize for his staff and offered an upgrade with the next stay but it wasnt worth the return.
Great service, friendly staff, clean and spacy bedroom and bathroom, good location 2 minutes walk to the closest MRT station,... This is a fantastic place to stay!

Boutique Hotel with very friendly, efficient staff, great location and service. Complimentary coffee, etc in the nicely furnished lobby area, which is quite convenient for meeting a friend or business colleague, is a nice touch.
Only thing I'd improve is the gymn equipment - very basic!

The room is good size, very clean and fictional.
There is internet connection (included).
Bathroom is clean, well designed, functional and in good size.
The breakfast is quite basic – however you will find everything what is needed.
Every day there is newspaper on your door so you can catch up with latest news.
I recommend this hotel as I found it friendly, clean, fresh and in good location.

Great location - a very short walk to the Zhongxiao Jr. High MRT stop. Staff was very warm and the hotel was clean, modern and tastefully appointed. Daily newspaper and breakfast (Western style fare also offered) were complimentary, and there was free Internet access both in rooms and in their business center. My only complaint is that my "window" looked into housekeeping's command-central, not the outside of the hotel.
