The receptionist is not friendly and helpful.
Though this hotel is located in a busy district with quite a no. of shops / eating houses but walking distance to Taipei Stn or Xi Men Ding Stn is about 10mins walk, which can be tiring especially after a long day of shopping. FYI, only the few upper storeys belong to Lilai, the rest belongs to another hotel. There is no lobby for us to rest and no restaurant (breakfast will be sent to your room at no definite time, so most probably you will have no time to wait if you are rushing for train schedule, breakfast is just egg sandwhich with a instant coffee or tea you have to make youself :( ) I will definitely choose First Hotel rather than this hotel next time I come to Taipei.
