Great boutique hotel, friendly staff, location not so good.
Hsuanmei Boutique Hotel (aka Beauty Hotel) is a nice, clean and cozy hotel with friendly staff. The bathroom is very spacious with a very large bath tub. The free snacks and drinks in the fridge are a nice touch. The rose petal floating in the toilet is very cute. The location of the hotel is not so great though as it is right in the middle of two MRT stations which are 12-15 minutes walk either way. Buses are do not come very often too. There are a few convenience shops (e.g. 7-11, etc) nearby and not much else except offices which are closed during the evening so the area is very, very quiet with not much to do after business hours. The hotel is right next to a major road so the view is not great. But overall the hotel is great and highly recommended!
