The hotel itself modern n classy. The room is new and room cleanliness is great. They provide us with new bottles of drinking water each day and the bathroom is perfect. Though the bathtub is a half-sized one, so there's not enough room to stretch as you soak in the bath. The toilet has a heated toilet seat, so it's great.
The service provided by the hotel staff is perfect, they are willing and freindly whenever we call them to ask for directions, electrical adaptors etc.
However, the room is really cold even when we've turned the aircon off, room temperature (according to the room thermometer) is always about 20 degrees.
On top of that, the hotel has a limited room service menu (mainly western cuisine). But there's a Carrefour within walking distance from the hotel and the area behind the hotel has many small taiwanese food shops and eateries. There are also a few small minimarts for u to buy snacks and necessities.
The hotel itself is within walking distance from XianNanMen Station but it is still not as accesible ie. it is not as near to XiMenDing as we expected it to be.
