Great location!
the hotel is strategically located just opp the mrt station, it's convenient esp with travellers carry big luggage bags, etc.. The room is quite cosy and big, with something exceptional interesting which is a fully transparent bathroom! Of course, for privacy there is curtain to draw up.
Pleasant Stay
Overall I would say that it is a very nice place with a little pantry where you can find most of the facilities like ovenette, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and dryer.
Just opposite the Inn is the MRT Station - Xingtian Temple Station. Most important is arm yourself with the MRT map (this is available at the "reception area". Know the place where you are visiting so that you know which station to alight, e.g. to go to the famous "Shilin Nite Market" you alight at Jiantan Station (Red Line) and not Shilin Station.
The service would have been even better if they could make arrangement for Travellers who come in at odd hours (not their fault) due to flights, etc. Example was our flight reach the airport at about 6am and by the time we check out and arrived at the Inn was about 8am but we were unable to check in just the luggage as check-in was 3pm. We were inform that we can leave our luggage at the "Reception Area" at 9am but was unable to as no one was there and we were uable to get in through the main door which was lock.

Good city location, airport to hotel 40mins.( take EVA air coach No: 5501, alight next to the building where the hotel is located, NT$150) To get around the city..choice of Taipei underground subway train(2mins walk from the Hotel), buses and taxis
Suitable for those who does not required much hotel service. Manager in charge speaks good english, although not seen in hotel but reacheable by phone.Rooms are clean once every 7days. Self Laundry facilities available with drier free of charge. Room 101,102and 103 are rooms with streets view, Rooms 105 n 106 windows with no view but quiet.
Free internet/wifi, city calls and cable TV.

very good location and rooms
it is a serviced appartment style place, however it is a regular hotelroom-size room.Very nice decor and style, i liked it. the serv.appt. type in it is the free use of a kitchenette and iron board and free computer (which is important to me). there is no reception, no daily housekeeping. Found it a bit difficult to have to get in touch with the resident manager by phone. However that worked quite fast, just wud have been nice to be able to get some 1st. hand info, if some reception were there. other than that great place, easy to reach all parts of the city with the excellent public transports.
Venue
Everything seem o.k but one comment cant be resist to tell 1st is the venue.Is not the location that matter but the address to find the place.We have to take 5hours to look for the place.Even Taxi driver,Police & local residence also direct us to wrong location.So my advice is just infom your customer that the location is just infront Xian Tian Temple MRT station.This would make thing easier & faster.
Cosy and convienent
The room is about 40sq with a small balcony, bathroom and toilet are generous size. The double bed was comfortable. Our only problem was the triple lock key to the door. Security at the front gate (0700h-2200h) as well as back gate (2201h-0701h. The noise level is very low if you close the steel door to the balcony no noise or light get into the room. Checkin and chekout was very smooth, the manager was very friendly and helpful. The apartment loacted within walking distance to MRT, 7 11 and Watson, it was safe to walk at night for both single female and couple. Wifi to the room is weak, but work. Room cleaning is once a week, washing facility is in the complex. There are 3 room per complex. The airport bus is directly opposite the service apartment.
Decent room with a reasonable price
The price is reasonable and the room is clean. They don't provide toilet paper, I don't have much to ask for other than that. I think I'll choose to stay there next time I go to Taipei.
