Arrived late at Taipei CSK airport. It took 20 minutes by taxi to this hotel. Next morning again 20 munites by taxi to the station, and boarded High Speed Train to arrive Taichung in 30 minutes. It saved a lot of time as compared to staying at Taipei.
The hotel is clean and the staff is efficient. For example, hotel staff called the cab, loaded the baggage, explained the destiantion to the driver in local language.
Only stayed one night, but service and hotel very good.
We used it as an overnight stop whilst awaiting flights, it may be a suggestion, as it is reasonably close to the airport (taxi transfer) that you advertise this fact
Great Hotel. Concierge was very nice and informant.Spoke great English. I would highly stay at this hotel again in my next visit to Taiwan. Hotel was located in an urban setting where there were tons of stores and lots of restaurants. I'm glad I chose this hotel over the others. Lobby was huge more like a 5 star hotel then a budget. Only stayed 1 night, but was very satisfied with the room and service. I highly recommend this hotel.
A very comfortable hotel about 20 minutes from CKS International Airport. No shuttle service, but excellent service by staff, free broadband in the room. Taoyuan area is very crowded, not exactly genteel, and interesting places to eat, including a cheap meal in a night market a few blocks away.
This hotel is conveniently located near the train station and the staff were pleasant. Choice of food for breakfast was good.
However, I initially had some difficulty working out the room airconditioning and had to get assistance for it to work.
The hotel's business facilties were also of good standard and free (broadband and printing facilities). I was able to access my business domain site with ease.
Overall, a good hotel for a business base.
