I and my husband arrived at the hotel a little past midnight but we did not encounter any problem. Cab driver was honest and drove us to the hotel safely.The guy in the reception speaks good english and checking-in was a breeze. Our room was even upgraded which was really great. Room was clean, spacious and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay.Breakfast was also satisfying.But what made this hotel a standout for us is its customer service. Nathalie, the manager, and her staff were very accommodating;going out of their way to help us get around Taipei City by arranging for our transfers and giving directions to the cab driver who didnt speak english. This hotel, though modest in size, is truly highly recommended.

I have been with Asia rooms for many months, and when I travelled to Asia particularly. But this time, I am very dissapointed with the hotel that you have put 4 stars. I am talking about the hotel I stayed in TaoYuen, Taiwan. The photo looks good, and I thought it was a big hotel, but it was a small mom and pop type of hotel. I was practiucally decieved by your ratings this time. The hotel is old, and the rooms is filled with smoking room, I requested for non smoking, and because it was late at night and was raining I had no choice to move some where else. The price was hefty for 1 or 2 star hotel. I was deceived by your ratings and the photos. I learnt my lessons now, and will probably think twice now when you rate their hotels. i will look for another company on line that provide maybe a better and honest service and ratings!

Very fast and efficient booking and confirmation, including e mail sent under separate cover answering query regarding transport to/from airport. I was met as informed at the airport and the taxi was prompt for my return the next day. Certainly more than suitable for my 12 hours in Taipei awaiting flight connection and have already reccommnded. My first time using AsiaRooms, but very happy :-)
