Nice hotel in a nice location but...
Nice hotel in a nice location but far too expensive for the foreign tourist. Almost four times as what the locals pay. The reception staff not that efficient as they over charged me even though i had the booking reference from asiarooms. The booking of early breakfast was messed up and the taxi booking too. Even after informing the restaurant manager the night before the breakfast was not served in the room. The restaurant staff were good but the reception did not communicate with them well. The reception staff on the checkout said the overcharge was already on the computer and hence she could not change it. What a lame excuse.
