nice clean rooms, nice floating restraunt at the back that has good food and good prices, breakfast was a little simple but more than you need really...for the price this is a bargain - clean room, breakfast, close to town and transport - spend the extra and get a river-view room

The Ayothaya Riverside hotel room was clean. The staff can speak a little english, enough to get by. Breakfast was gd. Only stayed one night but when we went in june 2005, the city seemed to be dead. The whole town looked deserted. As for the hotel, worth the money.

The Ayothaya riverside hotel is great, i luv the fact that it is located near the river where i can take the boat ride in the morning to go into town. the service provided by the hotel is great too. everyone we meet was really friendly. i would luv to stay at the Ayothaya riverside again.

A good hotel in good location by the river and close to the railway station. A short walk and ferry ride (every 10 mins or so) across the river to the city centre market. I recommend paying the small surcharge for a riverside view.
