Hotel is a little bit far from the histrical sites. You had better have your own transporation. We stay in this hotel for two nights and see lots of tour groups in this hotel. There are very few stores for tourists in the hotel surroding are in the evening.

U-Thon Inn was my third choice in...
U-Thon Inn was my third choice in Ayuthaya because is very far from ancient town and from the river. I choosed an executive suite:good price but the room is poor, small and dark. Breakfast is fine but sometimes I had to quarrel a lot because they refused to cook for me an omelette that it was prepared hours before and cold. The reastarant is not expensive and the quality is good. If you need an intenet point, the hotel has its own but the print is off.

only stayed there overnight, it was a bit far from the ruins but i did a tuk tuk tour so it didn't really matter. Room and bathroom was clean, air con was working, no complaint there, only complaint was the breakfast which was cold when i went down at 9am.

The services were ok, just a normal...
The services were ok, just a normal old fashioned hotel. However, the bell boy, an old man, was not good. After I checked out from the hotel, the receptionist suggested me to take the bus to bkk just beside the hotel. The bell boy took my stuff and went out to the hotel. He told me we had to wait for an hour and suggested me to take tuk tuk to the bus terminal and it is far away from the hotel and I paid 50B. It is not a big issue. The point is there are lots of bkk buses, almost once every 10 mins. passing the hotel. The bell boy just didn't want to stay there under the sun with me.
Other than that, the hotel was ok. I walk to the old city under sun. Next time, I would prefer staying closer to the river. It makes everything much more easy for backpackers.

Apart from the annoying little ants that were in the room, this place was very good. The staff were lovely. Only problem with the location was that it was in the opposite side of town to the other hotels, and the tuk tuk drivers were reluctant to take us there. Be careful with the hotel with a very similar name.

La prmière chambre qui nous a été attribuée était vraiment petite avec un axtra-bed.
A notre demande on nous en a attribué une autre beucoup plus sapcieuse et confortable.
Dommage que cet hotel soit un peu trop éloigné du centre.
