Great accommodation poor staff
The hotel is situated a short walk down Soi 8 and is a great location for exploring the Sukhmvit area and just a two minute walk to Nana skytrain station
The suite is a good size, very clean and well equipped. very confortable bed . The bathroom is good especially the separate walk in rainforest shower.
The "swimming pool" barely merits the name, six loungers either end of not much more than a plunge pool.
The Internet connection was slow and very unstable despite the attempts by a helpful IT guy to address the problem.
The buffet breakfast is not worth the effort of getting out of bed for. If you can, book room only.
With the exception of the above mentioned IT guy, security and the bellmanf, I have never come across such miserable, unhelpful staff in a Bangkok hotel
The restaurant/bar staff seemed more intent on their own entertainment than attending to the requirements of those pesky guests. One of the waiting staff actually answered her mobile phone while I was ordering a drink!
Based purely on the accommodatin and locatin I would probably stay here again, as it is good value for money. I would just avoid contact with the staff except for check in and check out..
Good hotel with good service
I"ve had experience with hotels in Bangkok that were not up to par. So this time round I decided to spend a bit more on the hotel and it was worth every single cent. The service was good, they will help you regardless of the time. They even allow you to use their computer at no cost. The food is really nice too and they have a good ambience. You will feel really chilled out. I really love this hotel coz the room is really huge and spacious. And just 5 minutes away from Nana Station, very convenient! It is 15 minutes away from Supper Club too if you are intending to go to a club.. =)
