Pleasant stay
I was impressed with every aspect of this hotel we have stayed on 2 occasions and being upgraded on our suite, from arriving and leaving it was a very comfortable stay and it's a shame we didn't stay longer.
Nice and convenient hotel , within 10 mins walk to shopping mall Terminal 21 and Emporium.
Rooms are clean and huge, with wifi throughout the hotel which is a plus. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended hotel.

Great Value, Convenient, Clean, Child-Friendly
This was our second stay as we were very impressed the first time and have made this our favourite hotel in Bangkok. Staff are friendly, the hotel is clean, the breakfast very reasonable and free internet. We also found ordering room service to be very reasonable both in terms of price and time. If you have youngsters who can't yet swim don't worry because the pool has a large shallow wading section. If you are staying for several days and have young children we suggest you get a room with a washer/dryer because there is no coin laundry in the vicinity. Take note that while the hotel is situated close to two BTS stations, it is a 10 minute walk with young children so just keep this in mind. This hotel is close to Benchasiri Park (next to Phrom Phong BTS) which has two large adventure playgrounds so it is awesome for children - go in the evening when it is cooler. The kids will not be bored. The open air gym (fitness equipment) for the public is also a bonus at this park. If you need any supplies try the 7-Eleven or Villa Supermarket on the way to Phrom Phong BTS. If you are looking for a reasonable tailor go to Larry Tailor on Soi 22 and ask for Paul.

overall nice stay, friendly smiling staff nice room.
wifi was a bit slow in the room but was excellent in the lobby & restaurant

Quality room and location( 10 minute walk to sky train) , freindly and courteous staff as always from lovely Thai People.
Great accomodation
Stayed with partner and 3 year old. Excellent value for money and great swimming pool. Very quite as it was off the main street. 10 min walk to BTS skytrain and the new shopping mall.

Good Value for Money
The room is spacious. We love most for we're able to cook inside the room. This's especially important when you shopped for the whole day and missed the dinner time. A 24-hour supermarket is nearby so we could get the food, wine and ingredients even after 9pm (when most restaurants are closed).
Excellent welcome to Bangkok
The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Facilities are excellent in and out of the room. Location is great in the sukhumvit area near bars, restaurants and of course shopping!

Excellent for short or long stay. Rooms very big and comfortable. Clean and quiet. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Everything was perfect.
