Very inconvenient location. Far from the shopping areas and taking a taxi is not helping because of the horrendous traffic jam.

Hotel was very good value, however there was nothing nearby (walking distance). Hotel restaurants were expensive for what they offered - daily restaurant promotions not updated regularly, when you went to the restaurant, they didn't know what you were talking about - the promotion had already expired, although included Buffet Breakfast, offered very good choice. Shuttle bus, whilst free, was infrequent - taxis were cheap so it didn't really matter. Staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel could have done with a bit of a spruce up, but overall was pretty good, Offered discount massages between 8.00am and 10.00am, however when you went to book, only one staff member on duty, rest didn't start 'till 10.00am - so much for the discount. Regardless would still recommend.

Great hotel. Nice to splurge for a few days upon arrival. Location is so-so and traffic in BKK is savage, but taxis make the place accessible. Wonderful bed and the best bathroom/shower in months.
