We have been coming to this hotel almost every year for the past 10 years. During this period nothing has been changed, except this time they re-decorated the coffee-shop. Still the same furniture, the same old fashioned TV, the same bathroom. Not that there is anything wrong with the present decoration, but it could surely do with a facelift, especially when compared with other hotels and what they charge.Stayed also at another hotel, this one 5-stars and the price difference was neglible. They have to do something to keep earning their 4 stars, but then they seem to cater more for Japanese. We shall not be coming back.

very outdated rooms, definitely not worth the "special" price, never mind what is listed as the usual price. staff were very helpful, understanding and patient, but a highly disappointing experience for what could have been a very enjoyable stay.

The internet service and price is outrageous!...
The internet service and price is outrageous! I could not believe how expensive the internet was and how horrible the connection was. I had to have an IT worker help us get re-connected once and when I expressed my thoughts about the price of the internet for the value the front dest clerk just smiled. That was annoying.
The location was wonderful... close to both the MRT and sky train.
There is also an amazing exercise park located directly outside the hotel's back doors. Gorgeous park that is safe for running, stretching, yoga, relaxing and people watching.
