Excellent hotel
We have been to Bangkok many times but the location of this hotel was by far the best. Situated in a quiet road but 200 yds from all the restaurants and night life. Lovely hotel with fantastic staff who were always helpful and gave good advice. The swimming pool was beautiful and we booked more accomodation there for later in the holiday. Nothing negative to say about this hotel and would definatley recommend this to anyone.

I stayed for three nights at the Admiral in August 2011 and was most impressed from start to finish. Check in staff were fantastic and did everything I could hope for to resolve a small booking problem. The rooms were spacious, clean and decorated to an excellent standard. Being able to make a cup of tea and store drinks in a large fridge was a big plus point for me and with plenty of space to lounge around meant ,unlike many other hotel rooms, I did not feel boxed in. The swimming pool area was also impressive, with a beautiful pool and great views across the Bangkok skyline. Breakfast was also of a high standard but with not as larger choice as many of the big hotels. The hotel also provided a free tuk tuk for the short journey down to Sukumvit which was a nice touch. Anyway, I have stayed in a many hotels across Bangkok over the years and can thoroughly recommend the Admiral hotel and will certainly be staying there again on my next visit to Bangkok.
Convenience to Stations
Hotel was very convenient to train stations . Staff was very attentive & polite . Room was a little musty maybe because the air-conditioning was turned off prior to our stay.
Had a good time in Bangkok & hope to come by again soon.
Breakfast should has more choice and it should start early like 6am.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff were extremely attentive from the start, and couldn't do enough to help. The free tuk-tuk was a great bonus, but the hotel is only a 10 min walk to the skytrain and metro if the tuk-tuk is unavailable anyway. Breakfast was good and the fruit always very fresh - excellent coffee. The pool has a great view, as does the tiny but adequate gym. The wireless internet was reliable and the 3 free to use PCs were a bonus. Housekeeping made the room and bathroom perfect every day. The free half-day tour was great, but we had a bad experience with the same company the next day so we'd recommend not using them for a full day (you end up visiting lots of places not on the itinerary that you'd rather not). Overall the hotel was fantastic and we'd definately stay there if we stayed in Bangkok again.

It is great new hotel in good location.The staff all are very nice & helpfull.The room is modern & clean.The service is excellent.The skytrain & BTS stations are walking distance from hotel about 5 mins & the hotel provide free shuttele service by tuk tuk .The breakfast was good.In general it is excellent hotel & great value for money especialy through asiarooms.com .

The best in this hotel, was the staff. There is a complementary tuk-tuk service to nearby sky-train station, and location overall is quite good. For asian standards, breakfast is very poor with same menu everyday, but I think it's just enough for a breakfast. Rooms are nice, reasonably clean, a bit old.
