Poor maintenance of the facilities inside the room, location is a bit isolated and hide inside the corner, but nearby the location there is markets very suitable for girls with a lot is clothes for female to walk for in the morning and nights.
more choices available, not the best
both of us finds the bed rather hard, air con compressor causes quite a fair bit of noise throughout the night, but so long the aircon is switch to 24 deg n above, it's ok. generally ok, not with the price, may have more choices. location quite ok, but rather inside the lane. might not be suitable for group of ladies during late night. my two cent worth of comment.

it is hard to get a taxi to go into the narrow lane where the hotel is located. The lane is always jammed.
Generally it is value for money in view the hotel does provide the shuttle tuk tuk to nearby stops. Rooms are clean, location is good. Busy street. Breakfast menu can be improved / change instead of same food. When call for shuttle tuk tuk back to hotel (they do provide), best to call/remind more than one time in case they forgot and you end up waiting there. Also to print a copy of address in Thai so that you can show the taxi drive, also tell them near Baiyoke Sky.

I came to know this hotel through a friend who stay Citin before, the comments was very good so I decided to stay with this hotel. These 2 nights stay was good. The room is cleaned except one of the toilet cabinet's door was broken but I don't use it so to me this is fine. Security wise is good. Service is perfect from the staff. I get lost in Pratunam market 1st day, when I called hotel, they arrange a staff to pick me up near at Baiyoke hotel. This is great! I like to say Big thank you to the staff and hotel management for the good service. I did not try the hotel food, too convenient once you walk out of hotel for food area. You can take the free tu-tu service provided by hotel or walk out to Platinum Mall or It Mall it is only 5 - 10mins. If you like to visit Chinatown, take a taxi down about 20mins. There is a tailor made service near the hotel, good workmenship and good price. I going back Bangkok again and will stay in Citin. I am very happy with the hotel.

Short holiday
A good place to stay in for short holiday trip, very near to the popular shopping centre, just walking distance. I suggest not to take taxi as the hotel abit hard locate it. Try tell the taxi driver go to biyoke sky & just take a walk along the street where you can find intresting road stores along the way to the hotel. The room & bathropm is kinda pretty small but is clean. Friendly hotel receptionist & bell boy. Overall rating is good. Value for money.
Great hotel in great area.... We love to stay here and will be back again to Citin Pratunam when we visit Thailand...

Good value for money
Good hotel for a short getaway and if you'd like nothing more than a clean room / shower / facilities! The service was great, with hotel staff always eager to help with bags / taxis and whatever you might need.
The only low point about the hotel would be the location which was a little difficult to find on the first day - it's kind of situated in an alley way and some locals do not know the area so taxis or asking for directions might be a hassle. But once you know where it's hidden, the hotel is actually pretty near to Platinum, and on the way there, there're a lot of stalls selling good & cheap streetside food! Also really close to Pratunam market so shopping in that area is not a problem.

A better hotel at Pratunam area
If you are planning to shop around pratunam area, this would be a good place for you. However, it's not that convenient for those who would like to travel with BTS. You might need to catch a taxi (not tuk-tuk pls) to Rachatdewi station and proceed to other places you want to go.
Thumbs up for the bell boys who are very attentive, polite and helpful so as the receptionists at the counter.
p/s: If you want to buy mineral water frm 7-11, please note that Nestle mineral water taste salty..=P
