Great time
I have just had a great stay here again, the rooms are fantastic the breakfast buffet is really good. The staff are friendly and helpfull.
The only downside is the location which is in a clothing wholesale market which can be quite busy but it walking distance to 3-4 fantastic shopping malls.
All in I would stay here again when in Bangkok

Terrible
Smell on every floor because of the old carpet and old hotel building.
Surounding by middle-low market and stores.
Not suitable hotel as one of the highest hotel in Bangkok.
We are soooooo disappointed.

Not bad stay
Hotel provides shuttle bus to nearby BTS station and airport link station, Siam Centre/MBK from 10:00 to 18:00 hourly and 18:00 to 21:00 half hourly. Remember to use it to your convenience =)
Room 4410
Room 4410 is a smoking room. A stronger & more efficient exhaust system should be installed.
When you re-enter the room (even after it has been made up), you could still sell the smoke.
The floor carpeting needs replacement.

It was my 2nd trip to Bangkok n Baiyokesky n im still loving it. The items in the rooms may be abit old but still functional. Toilets are clean. Staffs are mostly friendly n helpful. Overall my family really enjoyed their stay there! And there are definately more nite markets around the hotel now it almost seems endless. Thank you Baiyokesky!
Hotel Nightmare
I was unsatisfied with the level of services & attitude given. And that we need to wait for another hour despite that we check-in after 3pm. Was fine that we were given an room at the sky zone.
The information provide was not accurate about the rooms that we change as we wanted a connection rooms. Changed to connection room and was told it was bigger then the room we had at the sky zone... Made 4 calls to the front desk to request for the connection rooms to be unlocked but no one came.
This was the 1st and will be the last time stay at this place.

Great basis for shopping trips
In general , a great hotel, particulrly if you basically want to do shopping only. We had a great promotional rate through asiarooms, which made this really good value.
The hotel pool is a ilittle small for a hotel this size, and the bar on the top floor could use a bit of an update, kids were complaining hat it was stuck in the 80's, however, there is a superb view of the city though on the 82nd floor.
In general a great hotelwith very large rooms and a nice central location. Most things were within 10-15 minutes if you are there for shopping. (mbk, central, paragon, pantip plaza and then the local garment market outside the hotel)
