Unpleasant Stay
My feedback and comments about the hotel as follows :
1) The room was very dirty. No cleaning of floor, room and bathroom during my
four nights stayed at the hotel. Tiny litters/hairs could be seen on the floor in the
living room, bedroom and bathroom.
2) Saw a Cockroach crawling in the bedroom and a lot of mosquitoes resulting i had
sleepless night during my four days stayed.
3) No bathroom accessories were replenished after the first day of stayed.
4) No towels were provided in the bathroom on my second day. I have to make
a complaint then was sent to the room.
5) Air-conditioning is not functioning well resulting the bedroom is very hot especially
such a hot weather in Bangkok.

Many of the hotel staff were unhelpful and impolite, and their command of English was very poor. They were unable to explain why we had to put a deposit despite having fully paid for our stay and could not give clear directions to places. There were cockroaches in the room and we even found a small centipede in the toilet on the 2nd day of our stay. Location of the hotel is good and the price is affordable.
I was staying on the 37th floor in an executive suite, the only good thing in the hotel is that it has big spacious room but they are out dated, front desk staff does not know how to talk, it seems that they are working forcefully and are not paid, bathroom sucks the tap of the sink is not even properly fitted, a bed smell comes from the room sofa were really very dirty as they haven't cleaned it for years, there are only four lifts and we have to wait for hours as there is to much crowd over there, what i recommend is that u can get many better hotels in Pratunam area with a good room rate but never ever go to this hotel. Again front desk staff is very bad.

short stay
I stayed at Baiyoke Suite for 4 days. The cleanliness of the room is excellent and spacious and hotel is reasonably well located if you are travelling with the intend to do shopping. However, there are inadequate lift to support the huge traffic of Baiyoke Suite. A lot of time is spent waiting for the lift to come. Baiyoke needs to upgrade it's lift service.
My room came with a faulty travel adapter, which was glued to the socket for some reason. Alerted the customer service and was told they do not have a replacement travel adapter for me. Unbelievable for such a reputable hotel. Instead they send a repairman to my room after reminder to fix the adapter.

Poor Service
Very HUGE room, compare to other hotel room, our room can be considered as a suite. However, the room is not clean, and there is unpleasant odor once we open the room door and we saw some small cockroach. Noisy air-con and the water heater often not working.
elevotors suck
we got to the hotel and the lifts were not working, had to wait six hours for them to be operating and once they were, only 2 of the 4 lifts worked. press the floor # for where your room is and the lift will go past it. never spent so much time waiting for a lift in my life. would never stay at this hotel again, front desk could care less for any inconvienience.
