Small but comfortable
I have stayed here before and would again. In the cheapest rooms the bathroom is very small and when you sit on the toilet if you bend over your head will hit the wall. The TV set is very small 19" I think and mounted on the wall a long way from the bed. That said it is still a convenient place to stay, less than 100 yards from a large Tesco Lotus at the ON NUT BTS and a couple blocks from a Carrfour.
If you need very little sleep...
Hotel is centered in the middle of chaos, and it's in a very noisy area of town. Where I was positioned I was facing the sidewalk/restaurant area of a busy street. I did not fall asleep until after 2am every night as I could hear everyone outside. Also, very poor insulation of walls so you hear absolutely everything: people walking upstairs, in hallways, talking, closing doors etc.. I was up at 5am everyday because I was signed up for tours so this was not the ideal place to stay for someone who does daytime sightseeing.
impressive of thai oriental design
the hotel entrance design is very impressive and very spa feel relaxing. very clean room with big bed. just i think the bathroom is too small. very value for money since very good location, too convenient for family with small kids. tesco just the neighbourhood and BTS train, straight away to chatucak weekend market for thaibath40. rather don't take the taxi, too jam and sometimes need to request for meter run.
Nice and quirky
Great location close to the "On Nut" sky-train station (BTS)which is the most convenient way to get around much of BKK. No mini bar or room service unusually but that wasn't a problem. Moroccan? styling. Beautiful pool. Good cleanliness. Overall good value.

Very nice hotel but you can hear the neighbour.
I really love the hotels decor and the staff was very friendly. The only minus is the noise. You could hear everything from the other rooms.....which was rather interesting at nighttime.
All in all it is very good value for the money (1000THB per night)
Close to On Nut skytrain station is convenient.

actully i dun mind to stay in tis hotel again but the room are really need to touch out n the tv are to small..
its a great place for when bangkok...
its a great place for when bangkok is becamming tooooooo much for you (which it can very easily) the room was not big but every thing eles about this place is amazing, also perfect as it is away from the city but next to the very convienent easy to get around sky train. we really enjoyed our stay, epesially as we had checke4d out at 12 noon but our train did not leave to later that night, we happily stayed in the hotel for the whole day and did not get bored:)

Pros:-
1) A street away from On Nut BTS station (last station) and Tesco Lotus supermarket,
2) Staffs at the reception were very helpful and friendly,
3) Nice Moroccan / Mediterranean decor and atmosphere, and
4) Swimming pool has good depth.
Cons:-
1) Breakfast spread was limited but sufficient,
2) Swimming pool needs a good cleaning,
3) Hallway and room have no carpets; can hear people walking and talking at the hallway especially guests that came back late at night,
4) Closing and slamming of doors can be hear clearly, not suitable for someone like us who are light sleepers.
5) Did not provide soup or shower gel on 3rd night, not sure why and did not ask.

This hotel is overall OK for the price. Good for young/budget travelers. There are few things I was not very happy with. These are,,. 1. No fridge in the room. Normally, hotels around this price range must have a small fridge in the room though this one doesn't. 2. Rooms are not as clean (good) as the photos on the website. The photos on the website seem to have lots of "re-touch" to make it better than it is.
