a few things that we did not get we asked for high floor 1 week in advance and we got the 2nd floor with lots of mosqito the cleaners clean the room and leave the doors open so when we got back at night time i ended up with over 50 mosqito bites to my name and we booked a room with a bath tub and no hot water just luke warm but all in all a nice place to stay if you get a high floor easy access to pratunam shopping and grand palace by the canal speed boat
Don't be fooled by the shiny reception etc. The staff are indeed friendly and helpful but the rooms are tired verging on seedy. The location given is grossly inaccurate; it is far from even the MRT (underground) let alone shops, attractions & nightlife.
Bit away from the city but good if your on a night stop over and want a short trip to the airport. Its only a 200b taxi so its quite good. staff are friendly and the food is good and good price. The only down point was some thai guy was beating his wife next door and we reported it but they didn't care. Just said sorry to us for the noise.

the service I received in the downstairs open air resteraunt was very slow, and inefficient, to the point of being rude.
my main complaint I have however, is that allthough your web page states that the bank card will not be used, this was not the case!!
I would be most grateful for an explanation, or I would not use your service again.
