Best hotel we've stayed in Bangkok
We've been to Bangkok in the beginning of the year and have stayed in a few 5-star hotels around the city and the Chatrium Suites quite simply topped them all off. The rooms are really big and classy, we got upgraded to a river-view room which had the most amazing view on the 30th floor. The ground floor restaurant was really nice, we had the buffet lunch which included choosing from a selection of buffet food but also order 19 items from the menu that are cooked on the spot. The buffet dinner was also pretty good same as the breakfast.
Would definitely stay here again when returning to Bangkok.

The room was delightful, I was pleasantly informed that I had been upgraded to a Riverview room upon arrival. The view from the 27th floor balcony was breathtaking, especially with city lights.
All the room small extras were certainly taken care of, the room service food was 'a-roi', and the buffet breakfast was set for a King.
The quality of service and room provided was 100%. I will definately reccomend Chatrium to all my Australian friends.

The staff very pleasant and polite at all times. Good hotel but a bit far away from the main places. Good size pool. Taxi is approximately 100 baht anywhere downtown. No spa nearby but there's a Spaland about 10 minutes walk on the right at the entrance of the hotel. Their service is nothing to complain about but they demand to be tipped 100 Baht per session on top of the spa rate. It didn't leave a good impression with us at all!

Very big and nice rooms, big swimmingpool (about 25 m long) on 6-th floor.
We had lastminute price - about 100 EUR for room with breakfast for 3 people.
