The room is quite satisfying. Only comment...
The room is quite satisfying. Only comment is on service, they always forget to add-on the mineral water for one of the room. They even forget to serve one of the breakfast on the 3rd day morning which is the date we are rushing for time. Overall the room & location is good. You will never get hungry at night as there are lots of food stall around the hotel.

very budget and value for money place....
very budget and value for money place. Good location, 10 mins walk from the skytrain and there's no shortage of eating places just outside the hotel. However, there is no safe in the room,and the superior suite near the main road gets very noisy at night.

We stayed at samran from dec 24...
We stayed at samran from dec 24 to dec. 30. the staff are very friendly and helpful. the place is clean and the room spacious. the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is ok. The food is also superb! even my children liked it. the place is about 5 min walk to pantip plaza and platinum shopping areas. About 10 mins ride to mbk. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. Thank you to all the staff especially the male (i forgot his name)at the front desk for accomodating us even at 2 am. see you soon!

I really like the way they treat...
I really like the way they treat their customers..quite friendly and approachable..the only bad thing about it would be that they did not provide any hot flask..other than that, everything else is good..value for price.. =)

The room's bed is full of bed...
The room's bed is full of bed bugs!!!!!I was bitten by the bugs and my body was swollen! Told the front desk to change the mattress and bed sheet the next day but the problem still persist the next night.

worth the money! but the additional bed was quite expensive at 400 baht per night when the room only cost S$38.

This is my second stay in Samran....
This is my second stay in Samran. My first time was really terrific but this time round, it wasn't such a pleasant trip. Firstly, I must say that the service really sucks. Especially those serving at the restaurant in the lobby. They were very unfriendly. During breakfast, they did not even gave us the menu to choose the food but needed me to ask them for it. They kept passing remarks in Thai after serving us and it was quite obvious they were saying something about us. I thought it was very unprofessional of them. We stayed for two nights but they didn't change the bedsheets and clean the room the next day at all! We returned at 3pm only to find our room the same as last night. Was really angry actually. But the location is pretty good. Near Platinam Mall, Pratunam and so on. But given the service, I think I'll choose other hotels like Asia Hotel in future.

A small decent hotel about 5-10 minute...
A small decent hotel about 5-10 minute walk to the BTS (Syktrain). Our superior room booked was huge, clean but overlooking the street which has a bar/nightclub and heavy traffic up to approx 3am. Unless you want to wear ear-plugs, do NOT take the superior rooms as they are all overlooking the main street. Breakfast was minimal (ala-carte) with a 6 type selection but just enough. Bathroom was very clean and evidently recently renovated. Oh yes, the air-con was bitterly cold. Eventhough we had set it at the maximum recommended 25C, it was extremely cold and dry. Other than that, the plus point of this hotel is that it is very convenient, 7-11s are nearby and suit those on budget.

We stayed at the hotel for 2...
We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The staff were very kind and helpfull and made the staying very pleasent. The room was very clean and had everything we expected (besides european electrical sockets). The bathroom was clean and had hot water and all the accessories needed. We had dinner at the hotel's dining room twice and it is was very good, not expensive and recomended. Breakfast was included and also very good. The location is quite central, close to many touristic sites, shopping centers and markets. We enjoyed our staying and and will probably return again. Sivan & Yonatan.
