poor location and unfriendly staff
the location itself is a big disadvantage.its 30 kms from the main city which you can reach only via cab.so each time you take a cab be ready to pay 250+road tax (u cannot even take a tuk tuk). Also the receptionist was rude. she would not agree when i told her that calling the hotel wud place my call on the operator voicemail. the breakfast was very ordinary. also they are no shops around the area, in short nothing to see. to top everything up every few mins interval you can hear the deafening sound of the plane taking off. only recommend for people who want to run away from the city.

Convenient location for transit passengers.
This is a great hotel if you have to stay overnight in Bangkok before connecting with another flight. Don't count on getting much sleep though as it is right in the flight path of aircraft and guests are coming and going at all hours. The free pick up servie is great but sometimes you have to wait until other passengers are ready. It sure beats sleeping at the airport.

This is a decent hotel if you're looking to stay over because of a transit at the airport, early morning departure or even late night arrival. They offer you a straight-forward deal. A comfortable and clean no-frills room. You'll have the essentials and no more. The breakfast is bare-bones, but can get you through long enough to your next stop. This is good value considering it'll cost you less than 30 USD per night inclusive of any airport transfers you may need.

Breakfast can be improved. More facilities like slippers, hangers etc should be provided. Some value paintings should be there in the room. Night wears should be provided. Overall hotel is excellent, in comparision to the price.

This hotel is fabulous! Especially the free...
This hotel is fabulous! Especially the free pick up from the airport is good. No husling to get a taxi after a long flight. Rooms are nice and clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet street with a few local restaurants. It is a bit far from the big city but when you need to be close to the airport it is great. Also the staff is very very helpfull and friendly.

Really close to the airport at a good price. You can find a restaurant serving good food halfway towards the main road opposite an apartment block. There is also a cheap and friendly massage place on the first floor of the apartment block. If you are looking for 5 star luxury this place isnt for you furthermore the hotel isnt priced as a five star hotel so dont expect too much. Staff are friendly and happy to help. Free transfer to and from the airport a great benefit.

Hotel adequate for overnight stay for airport. Transport to airport is in a 4 seat car not mini bus and if busy you have a long wait to get picked up or taken to airport.I was late to meet my friend arriving into Thailand.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Service car always available. Close to the airport but nothing to do locally, especially for children - a great place to be for a sleep before onward flight. Room very clean and spacious with a tv with all the international channels you may need. Overall I can honestly recommend this to anyone - for the money and location to the airport it is perfect. To add one criticism it would be for the food portions to be a little larger and cooked breakfast to be more exciting - still the tea, coffee, toast and fruit are all upto great standard. You will be very happy for a day or two here.
