Cons
Room: Is too small. TV program too limited. Don't even have CNN or Star World, which is already a standard in most hotels.
Bathroom: Drainage is a problem. Water pressure is a problem. Stucky faucet and shower. Can't believe this is suppose to be managed by a chain like Amarin.
Breakfast: Don't mine the small and cosy dining facility. But, breakfast were only 2 toasts, tea or coffee and you would need to give up your few paper thin slices of fruits if you would like juice instead. A far cry from the standard in even less expensive hotels around the area. (Again, can't believe this is Amarin's standards.)
Service: I have a strong feeling that they are greatly under staffed. The restaurant waitresses did just about everything in the dinning area including cleaning up after spills. And the chambermaids kept forgeting to replenish something everyday.
Pros
Room: Decor is quite ok for this level. Furniture is good quality. ONe of the most comfortable beds I've ever been in....serious!
Bathroom: A good shower area. Not those terrible bath tubs. Amenities are available, though, stingy.
Location: Steps away from the BTS (Skytrain)and MRT exchange junction.
Staff: Bell staffs are very helpful and very nice and polite. Espcially the balding one (he makes you think you are in a 6 star hotel). Bad of me not finding out his name. Male front office staff is also very helpful & polite.
