very special and nice hotel, only setback...
very special and nice hotel, only setback is the location. Although is only about 5 mins walk to MBK, can be very inconvenient especially during rainy days. Other than the location, everything is perfect!

Siam@Siam Design Hotel is a very beautiful hotel. We enjoy the stay very much.
However, it was a bad experience in checking in. My friends couple and I have booked double bed room for the honey moon trip. But the receptionist advised they had no double bed room booking for us. That was ridiculus. At last we demended to meet the manager immediately. Then the 2 double rooms were suddenly ready for both couples of us.
We have requested that we still wanted to meet the manager any time during our stay for this kind of check in service. But manager has never shown up.

Just don't forget the card of the hotel with Siam @ Siam name written in thai because no one taxi knows it !!!

The hotel located in a very busy area in BKK howeverm it is very quite. the food, service & cleanliness are excellent.
the crew are very nice & willing to help in every repsect, the swimming pool is fantastic however I did not have chance to use it.

On the whole, it was a great experience staying at your hotel. We received very warm welcome by your staff. But there was a small hiccup during the check in. We were told by the staff of the hotel that our names were not registered in their system, and we may have to pay abt $4,900.00 baht if our names were not registered with the agents, which I think its totally not our fault as we had paid for the hotel through credit card payment. This is something which I think you or the agent should improve in.
Also the lift of the hotel is too slow especially during the peak hours of check in time.

I lived there for 3 days and the room is the same as the one in hotel HP. The bed, pillows and cusions are so comfortable! The design of room is trendy which suits those who are bored with traditional hotels. However, the room is a bit dark.
You have to insert room card when using the lift which is good in scanning out non-residents.
The location is convenient and takes 5 mins to BTS National Stadium station!
The services are good and staff are helpful.
