Best hotel in Bangkok
We have been staying at this hotel since its opening in 1996 and it never fails to deliver the best service, in a friendly, congenial environment. The staff is attentive and caring and go out of their way to meet your needs. The gym is great, the breakfast buffet superb and the ambience is relaxing and conducive to a restful short stay or longer holiday. My vote as the the number 1 hotel in Bangkok!

Very kind and qualified staff employed in this hotel. This is excellent.
Only minus is the location - a bit boring and quite a distance from good restaurants. Some of the nearby restaurants serve poor food.

Fantastic!!
We have stayed at the Amari Atrium several times now and it is fast becoming my favourite hotel in Bangkok. Customer service is fantastic especially for Thailand where customer service is often lacking. All staff speak great english, The food is good and the rooms are of a 5 star standard, I am surprised the hotel only carries a 4 star rating. Enjoy!

Great hotel
This was a very pleasant stay - the price through asiaroms was great value - the shuttle service was helpful - I could use the free hotspot in the cafe at breakfast. I found this place great value- they had an early breakfast 4:30am finally food before the International departure. One little draw back I couldn't do laps in the pool just to small. But the best by far on this trip.

Enjoyable stay
Nice & good hotel, nothing to complain about. Only the pillows that were a bit hard. Otherwise good service, very nice breakfast buffet, convenient location.

Best hotel I've stayed at!
I arrived at 2am, and was welcomed with a smile and very helpful staff. I had booked a deluxe double room, but they had upgraded it to a suite without any extra cost, and let me have that room for 2 nights! And the girls working in the restaurant Mingles is adorable, always smiling and always have time for a chat. The shoppingmalls are not far away either, take the subway or a taxi (80-100baht). Definetly staying here next time I'm in Bangkok. :)

I stayed at amari atrium 6 nights , staff were very good and helpful with any thing you ask for breakfast was good with lots of variety , room was very clean , I will stay at amari again, the only thing i did not like is that there is no wifi in room.

Grat value for 4 star hotel
We had a very nice stay at the Atrium. Cheap price 1850 baht with breakfast was excellent value. Very pretty decor in lobby and public areas, nice enough room though just alittle worn. Soft beds and plenty of very hot water! The breakfast was really beyond compare in my many trips in SE Asia. Being a vegetarian, I appreciated the many international choices I had like Channa masala, miso soups, Japanese noodles with vegetables as well as western omelets, waffles and potatoes, pastries and salads. All yummy.Very good service at breakfast too. Areal luxury hotel. Watch out for the in room bar snacks though-luxury prices.
