I have stayed at Arnoma Hotel Bangkok three times and all three times have been very pleasant experiences.
The staff are polite and helpful, especially the more mature ones. The rooms are clean, especially the bathrooms. The breakfast spread is wide and varied, and the food fresh and delicious. My only gripe is that there is no indoor hot whirlpool or steam room like in some other 4- or 5-star hotel spas / fitness centres, but this is just me; my travelling companions have never asked for them.
The hotel is very conveniently located between all the shopping districts (walking distance to Platinum, Pratunam Centre, Mah Boon Krong, Siam Square, Central World and lots more), and very close to the Chitlom BTS Station.
One thing about room bookings for Arnoma Hotel - I have found that the prices at AsiaRooms are way lower than some other websites or even directly dealing with the hotel.
