Excellent location opposite Central World & next...
Excellent location opposite Central World & next door to the Big C. Extremely friendly & helpful lift staff & porters. Unfortunately the room was a little on the small side & had a leaking sink which flooded the bathroom & necessitated 2 phone calls before someone came to fix the problem. We then had to phone again to get someone to clean up the flooding in the bathroom. The room we stayed in could have done with some refurbishment. The air con unit was faulty: there was only 2 settings, either full speed on (& thus a freezing cold room) or "off". Breakfast choice was so-so but they failed to provide enough food at the appropriate time when the restaurant got slightly busy & food ran out. The porters actually made an attempt to get a metered taxi as requested on check out(something quite unheard of in all the other hotels I've stayed in previously in Bangkok. We would definitely stay here again.

I am very particular when it comes...
I am very particular when it comes to accomodation. That is why I always stay at Arnoma when I am in Bangkok. The affordable rate, fantastic location, excellent service makes me want to stay there everytime.

Very nice. Very near to the shopping...
Very nice. Very near to the shopping areas. Rooms are clean an big. Not noisy. Only the swimming-pool is not very nice.

We found the hotel to be very...
We found the hotel to be very good value for money, considering its convenient location. It's ideal for the shopper tourist because of its proximity to both high-end shopping, e.g. Gaysorn Plaza and Central World Plaza, as well as budget shopping such as Platinum Plaza and Pratunam wholesale market. The morning buffet has a wide enough spread but the quality is average. The room, however, is in dire need of renovation, particularly the bathroom which is nowhere near the standard of the modern hotels. Every time we took a shower, water leaked from the edge of the tub onto the floor and we had to use bath towels to wipe up the mess. The pool and gym facilities were very poor so we decided not to use them. This having said, we suppose we couldn't expect too much because of the very reasonable rate we paid.

We had 4 rooms and stayed from...
We had 4 rooms and stayed from 28th Feb to 30th Feb 09. The reception was kind enough to upgrade one of the rooms to a deluxe room for us without us asking for it. The rooms were nice and bright and the bed comfortable and the breakfast spread was great. The location is first class for shopping and eating and our trip to the Erawan shrine. The staff at the lift lobby and entrance were really friendly and smiled every time we pass by. The pool is a bit small though. We are very happy with our stay at this hotel and for the price that asiarooms offered we have absolutely no complaints. We will definitely come back again soon.

Arnoma Hotel Bangkok is a very convenient...
Arnoma Hotel Bangkok is a very convenient hotel.The central world、Zen and Iseatan is just on the opposite road.The Big C supermarket is next door to the hotel. It's an ideal place for shopping.The hotel's service is very good and all the staff are very good-mannered and very glad to serve you.But it would be more better if the pillow can be lower.

Location is fantastic. Wish that the breakfast...
Location is fantastic. Wish that the breakfast spread is better. Overall, great hotel to stay in except for one slight inconvenience where the hotel charged me for a toothbrush which I did not order and we have to wait a while to have it sorted out.

My friend and I had the pleasure of staying at The Arnoma Hotel in Bangkok from 10 to 14 Nov 08 and would like to thank, in particular, Ms Nittaya Cherdchai who made our stay a pleasing part of our holiday. Ms Cherdchai was most helpful in giving us directions to Platinum Fashion Mall and in updating us on the recent happenings in Bangkok. We were delighted with our stay at Arnoma and more than pleased with the service provided. We will definitely make another trip to Bangkok in the near future and will most certainly stay at Arnoma Hotel again. Kind regards.

Perfect place if you like to stay...
Perfect place if you like to stay in close proximity to town area where the shopping paradise is located. When we arrive, we have to wait for a room with king size bed even though we have indicated much earlier in our online booking. That said, this small drawback is miniscule given that the service is excellent. In fact, my wifey got a birthday surprise from the hotel. Will not elaborate here to spoilt the mood. : )
