The location is really good, walking distance to the 4 face buddha temple, BIG C, Discovery Centre, Central Dept. Store and short taxi trip to MBK, Siam Square, etc. Breakfast spread was pretty good too. The downside was the checking in part - we arrived at the hotel 0930hrs and was told that we were be able to check in at 1200hrs. We were delighted as the official check in time was 1400hrs. However, when we were back to the hotel around 1230hrs, we were told that we can only check in at 1400hrs.. Without much option on hand, we waited till 1400hrs but to our surprise we were told to come back in 10 mins' time and was told to come back in 20 mins' time at 1410hrs. At 1430hrs, the room was not ready... The hotel staff then reluctantly upgraded us to a executive room. Nevertheless, the hotel is clean and convenient..
