Broadly speaking, the hotel offered good value...
Broadly speaking, the hotel offered good value for money. The room was comfortable and clean and serviced by the staff to a high standard.The only negative point I can recall is that breakfast was not well organised, despite the best endeavours of the restaurant manager who was coping well with an under-resourced room. The best feature of the hotel is its location - dead centre of everything you may need in terms of entertainment, shopping (great!), restaurants and other tourist amenities. Despite the single negative point, I would recommend the hotel to my best friends and I would certainly stay again in future.

Check-in & Check-out counters were efficient. Easy to find and access. Shops, malls around. Big C (supermkt) nearby, close at 2300. I bought my toothbrush (which the hotel didn't provide) at 2245. Not too late! There were foodstalls around the hotel. If you dont worry much abt hygiene, can try. Hotel staff were nice and polite. Breakfast was better than I expect. Lots of variety. From airport >> hotel: B400. But the taxi driver asked me to pay extra B60 for highway fee.....of coz I didn't. B400 was all-in fee, isnt it?

Second time staying here - absolutely the...
Second time staying here - absolutely the BEST hotel is you want to stay in the shopping heart of Bangkok. Excellent night markets right outside the front door, fresh coconuts at your doorstep as well! Service is always great and you are across the street from massive major shopping centers with food courts and drug stores. Starbucks is 11 feet away! I love this hotel and won't stay anywhere else when I travel to Bangkok.

The location is good and the overall...
The location is good and the overall service above average with friendly service staff etc. However, the interior of the room (mine was a junior suite) looks rather old. While the overall bath room size is above average, the shower area is really really small. Toiletries supply are also at the bare minimum.

nearest BTS: chitlom is about 8 mins...
nearest BTS: chitlom is about 8 mins walk away.. central world plaza, isetan and Zen is opposite with just an overhead bridge away.. its just next to big C and makes groceries shopping convenient.. hotel is not that new but definitely decent.. there are 2 breakfast location - 1 at level 1 and another at level 2. the one at level 2 is less crowded. food is average. overall service is good, with english speaking counter personnel with 1 who can speak excellent mandarin; the lift attendant's service is excellent, fast room service when we request for stuff.. good overall!
