A good hotel in the heart of...
A good hotel in the heart of Bangkok. It is perfect for a couple of night stays, it is very large with the upper floors giving a good view of Bangkok. It is a typical city centre hotel very busy and does what it is supposed to do. Shops and restaurants are close by (you could not ask for a better postion if thats your thing) and the skytrain is just a few minutes away on foot. Next time I am in Bangkok I would stay here again or somewhere close.

Every time I visit Bangkok, I stay...
Every time I visit Bangkok, I stay in Arnoma Hotel. It is because the location is perfect and the breakfast buffet is very good. The service overall is good, especially all the hotel men are very good, but the ladies in the front dest are not kind at all. They never smile or never try to help guests, although the men are very helpful. Anyway, I think this hotel is good for the money.

One of the comments that come to...
One of the comments that come to my mind is "excellence service". Staff are very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was good and room was clean. Most importanly it is located near Chit Lom BTS station.

A pleasant stay. Hotel's location is the...
A pleasant stay. Hotel's location is the biggest plus point as it is so convenient to get around town. The minus points would be; worn out towels, extremely thin walls as I could hear my parents talking in the next room even though they were not talking loudly; also, the wide border of marble surrounding the bathtub makes it dangerous especially senior citizens to step down after a shower.

CONS: 1) Non-Removable Shower Head - inconvenient for...
CONS: 1) Non-Removable Shower Head - inconvenient for bathing children 2) No HBO channel 3) Lift door close very fast with not-so-sensitive sensor 4) Prepared room only upon arrival and still w/o babycot as requested 5) Don't expect much view from window PROS: 1) Easy-to-use safe in the room 2) Some kind of ioniser in the room (though don't really know it makes a difference) 3) Very good housekeeping 4) Very warm & friendly staff assisting at the lifts 5) Good breakfast (try both Level 1 & 2 on seperate days) Personally found L2 better cos small and cosy. L1 food will run out fast if its very crowded 6) Very convenient location

The only gripe I have is the...
The only gripe I have is the check-in time. We stood at the reception counter for a good 20 minutes! As with previous comments, I was woken in the wee hours by the sound of the shower tap next door! Apart from that, location is great as the hotel is a stone's throw away to major shopping centres. If you're hungry at night, room service rates are reasonable. The staff at the lobby are generally polite, they will help in directions and hailing taxis. Breakfast variety is consistent but the western choice is palatable.
