Most hotels that i've stayed in bangkok,...
Most hotels that i've stayed in bangkok, even 3 stars do offer extra pillows, however Arnoma does not. The staff cited full capacity as a reason. The bathroom is not as furnished as i preferred to be - they do not even have a bathroom mat for the floor, so you are left with using a spare towel to wipe off any spillover of water on the floor - not quite the standard you expect of a four star hotel. The location is good though, being central to almost all major shopping destinations.

The location is very good. My...
The location is very good. My group, (3 adults, 2 teenages, 1 80yrs old senior), all ladies find this place very convenient and safe. Night/morning market along the roadside everyday. Just shop nearby is good enough to spend our 3 nights 4 days in Bkk. With the younger ones, we walked to MBK, Siam Centre, etc. Taxi to China town about 90 Baht. The hotel is quiet, not affected by the busy street. We got a 7-seater taxi from the airport for 700baht to hotel, plus a free ride to China Town. 1700baht (from 7am to 5pm) for the same taxi to the Floating Market and shopping, free ride to Central Prier the next morning. Hotel breackfast is ok. Cheap if you need to pay for extra. Swimming pool, according to the two teenages, is lousy. They refused to go after seeing it. Not much time also with so many shopping centres around.

Location! Location! Location! It's walking distance to...
Location! Location! Location! It's walking distance to the BTS - even to MBK, Platinum Tower. The walk by the skywalk (under the BTS) is so much more pleasant than the main road. Perfect! Breakfast was more than substantial - however, they should just do away with the hot local dishes except for the porridge. Room and toilet was a little small - but sufficient, and more importantly clean and without any smoke or odour. Will definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at the deluxe room...
We have stayed at the deluxe room for 3 nights recently and are very happy with the hotel. Though the hotel is a bit old, the room is very clean. The staff are very courtious and well mannered. Breakfast is great. Location is great as it is walking distance to the near by Pratunam fashion wholesale market. Next door is Big C and opposite is a big shopping mall, the Central. For us it is particularly convenient as we pray to Erawan Shrine which is just at the end of the road. Wonder why didn't we discover this hotel earlier. Will definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for 2 nights august...
We stayed here for 2 nights august 2007 having done so in 2006.I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel,perfect location for getting round,skytrain close etc.Staff always ready to help.Very good value for money.Will always book here.P.Emmett

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay...
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the Arnoma. The staff was polite but cool; but when we had a problem (smoke smell in a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor) the night manager came up immediately and took care of it in an efficient and friendly manner. Overall, it seemed a great value for a nice hotel in a good district. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, with many selections. P.S., the food court on the fourth floor of the Big C, across the street, was very good and very inexpensive!

At the first shower we found that...
At the first shower we found that our shower is staked. the water didn't go down. The reception promised us to replace the room . but they ignored their promise. it took 4 days to fix the problem. on the 4th day we insist that the "engineer" will come to prepare the problem-we couldn't believe it but it took him 5 seconds to solve our problem.
