My stay in February 2007 was a pleasant one. The hotel staffs are friendly, the housekeeping was very efficient. The only problem is that the safe-box in the room was faulty. Location is excellent!

I was quite disappointed with the room...
I was quite disappointed with the room size after decided to upgrade to a deluxe room at about 30bucks more should have taken the standard and save the $ for other purpose instead. The room was a bit run down, high time some reno to be done. Breakfast - there were two restuarant serving daily breakfast, but only the ground floor compared to 2nd level served better quality foods, I was directed to level 2 for BF on my 1st day and was sad that the toaster was not even working properly, the rest of the days BF was taken at ground floor. Staff were friendly & helpful. Location wise was very good, near to all major shopping mall. If you are looking for good location for shopping, choose Arnoma.

Location is good, quite central and also...
Location is good, quite central and also within walking distance to many shopping areas. Breakfast is reasonable good though it is relatively the same every morning.

rooms was not ready for check-in after more than 30minutes wait & reception/counter staffs was not helpful & courteous. Only the doorman & the staff at the lift was very courteous.

Room is gd and clean and near...
Room is gd and clean and near to all major malls and night market and BTS. The breakfast has since improved from my last trip in Aug 2006. Will definitely chose to stay again.

We have to wait for another 30...
We have to wait for another 30 mins at the lobby for check-in as the rooms are not ready. We accept late check-in as their rooms are not ready but hotel is not flexible in granting late check-out for us. Morning call was screwed up. We ordered 4am but phone rings are 3am! The service staff of the hotel needs improvement. Toilet was clean but should install shower head.

We have stayed in Arnoma a few...
We have stayed in Arnoma a few times during our trips to Bangkok because the location is very convenient and central if one like to shop a lot. The Italian food is excellent if you like pasta. Would recommend to anyone who likes shopping as all the shopping centres are within walking distance or just a stone throw away by skytrain.

Very pleased overall with the quality and service we received at the Arnoma. We received an upgrade on the room which was excellent, especially the bathroom. The bath was a wonderful size and hot water was available at all times. The rooms were very comfortable and considering the central location was very quiet. Excellent location for shopping and getting around generally. We were there for the Bangkok Countdown 2007 (The Arnoma is the best placed hotel for this event.) and the hotel and its staff handled a most distressing and dangerous situation of the bombing with great consideration, sensitivity and efficiency. There was no alarm and the hotel arranged for the dinner to continue in the hotel dining rooms despite the sad events in the city.

Our stay for 5days was comfortable. The location is good, as my wife did a lot of shopping. Amenities are wtihin walking distance. Breakfast are good, with plenty varieties to choose from. Maybe improvement can be made at the eggs section...maybe there shld be extra cook whenever the queue is more than 5pax. Because the queue blocks others due to many people moving around. The hotel ambient is great, decorations is attractive. Most probably we will come back again. Regards.
