wonderful location
This is not the 1st time I stayed in Arnoma Hotel. I likes the location and the cleaness of the room.
Fantastic location - easy access to bts, shopping malls, hypermarts & street side shopping. Interior & bathroom looking abit dated, though still comfortable. Breakfast queue was super long, food was not replenished fast enough, but worth it if you have the time to linger around. Bell hop was helpful - giving us a rough estimate of cost each time we hail a cab. As the hotel is fully booked, they could not let us check in early not out late. Overall satisfied with our stay here.
Value for money, good service
Good location, near to most major shopping area. Hotel concierge service was efficient and good, helped us find back our camera which was left in the plane to Bangkok. I would stay here again in my next visit to Bangkok.
Shower head faulty. Other than this minor hiccup, service was good and locality great.
Best for Shopping in Bangkok Downtown
Great location to every shoppers paradise. Next to BigC. Just Opposite Central World, less than 5mins to Platinum, 5 mins to Erawan/Sogo, less than 10mins to Central, less than 15mins to Chinatown, next to Indra Regent.
Walking distance to ChitLom Skytrain and to Siam BTS station. Walking distance about 20mins to Siam Paragon; 2 MTS stops to MBK and great and clean food from resturants and food courts.
Just need more money to shop till drop...

The hotel is at the centre of most major shopping centres in Bangkok where you can find cheap wholesale clothing to major international brands. You can find nice food in all the shopping centrs nearby. Moving around by taking the skytrain is convenient. The station is just a 5 mins walk away. From here, you can take the skytrain and connet to the airport by the airport MRT line.
Service at the morning breakfast coffee house was rather poor. There were short of staff to clear the tables and many guests ended up clear the dirty tables before they could have their own table for breakfast.

All in all, excellent location and decent accommodation for the price. But receptionists need to be friendlier. Answering simple questions seem like a huge chore for them.
Location is extremely convenient close to BTS station & shopping malls. Room's big but pretty dated. Front desk was the worst ever, they totally lacked of their Ps & Qs, even the doorman & the elevator man were so much better compared to them. If it wasn't for the location & value for money, it's not worth the stay; just pay a bit more for newer rooms, better service within the same location.
