Great location and great service from the staffs like the bell boy and chamber maids. The service from the staffs of the reception counter were only average.

Best location for shopcoholics!
Best location for shopping -
Beside Big C hypermarket where there is a children indoor playground at level 4.
Opposite Central World where you could find Isetan & mid, high range brands.
Around the corner is The Platinum Fashion Mall where lots of clothes, accessories & kids wear.
Surround by lots of street bazaar n food.
The interior looks old with yellow dim lighting but with clean rooms. The hotel room is small so a couple with a kid are just right. Considering the value for money hotel rates and great location, I would stay there again.



The price for the hotel is great, considering the great location.

Well Done !
Arnoma has maintained its standard of service and cleaniness all these years.
I first stayed there 12 yrs ago and I still enjoyed my stay with my wife recentl.y
Keep it up ! and well done !
Excellent location, good shopping centres within walking distance.

They need to spruce up the rooms as we had a lizard in the room. Also they need to keep vegetarian food in the breakfast as it is very difficult for Vegans and vegetarians because no vegetarian main course dishes. During check out they forgot to return my credit card swipe slip as I paid in thai bhats in cash.

Booked a junior suite, room was great!! Food so-so but the lobby wifi that cost 180 baht was unreliable and not worth the money

Overall it is just ok but the breakfast spread was a little disappointing, perhaps I stay too long, 5 nights with breakfast. Some of the room's ameneties were not changed daily unless told to change or replaced. The location is good and I will stay again provided the price is right.

Staffs there r extremely helpful n friendly. They make my stay there a enjoyable one. They r helpful in guiding u to the location of the city u wish to go. The room condition is not the best I have stayed before compare to other hotel but they have the essential items I need n the room keeping is excellent. Their location and service satisfied me the most...
