Hotel location was right near the BTS Skytrain. Room was good size, breakfast buffet was pretty good but always the same. The only thing that was bad was the front desk service, they did not smile and would look away when you come to the desk as though they did not want to help you. Overall though it was good because of the location.
Have stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is not situated in the main shopping area, hence you will need to depend on public transport to move around. However felt that there is a lack of customer service, reception staff are not helpful. There are also no complentary toothbrush, toothpaste, bed room slippers...... There are no water boiling facility in the room and will also be charged for asking room service to provide! The room rate that we have paid for is not worth the money. Will try not to stay there again, if i have a choice.
During the first night, some of the guests from the rooms opposite mine was making a lot of noise and I asked to change room the next day and immediately I had my room changed.. no questions asked. Service over the counter was good.. Room service was prompt and the food was fine.. I had my room extended as my flight was later in the day and experience no problems seeing to it.. Checking out was also fast with no hiccups..
Overall, worth the stay ! Would gladly be back for the 3rd time !
The stay in asia hotel is a nice one. The rooms were clean and nice, no smell from the carpet. Nice and helpful bell boys and cleaner. But the receptionists was terrible!! not only are they not helpful neither were they polite thay had bad attitude and show angry and annoyed faces to us.
The location is good as it was connected the skytrain,which helped us to avoid alot of traffic jams.

Service, location, amenities, & room was great! Staff were helpful & friendly. Perfect location if u r shopping in BKK. Minor problem is the bathroom- shower head is too low - ie difficult to take shower if you are bit tall, NO "hose spray" to use ie connected to the toilet bowl. Well, i'd still want to stay there when i come back to BKK.
Yes, I would come back to ASIA and stay, the service was great, having the Skytrain Station just up on 2nd floor was great, all of the facilities the hotel has on offer are great, just one little gripe, there are no hairdryers in bathroom, I think they are a must. Anyway I will be coming back there to stay, I will also pass it on to my friends.

Thought the facilities were brilliant! The pools were awesome and the rooms nice and clean. The restaurants were great and the service eg. the a la carte resteraunt was terrific. Reception staff were nice to. Other facilities such as money exchange and the organisation of taxis etc. was very helpful. Next time I'm in bangkok I would definitely come and stay there! We enjoyed our stay here. The housekeeping staff was excellent at providing what we asked for (like additional pillows). The front desk personnel were very helpful when we had questions and the bell captain and his employees helped with taxis, etc. Breakfast was included in the room rate and it was an excellent buffet with both Thai and American choices.
We've stayed in the Standard Rm last yr and it's awful. This yr we booked 4 Deluxe room and it's much better. Though the cleaniness could be improve.Out of 4 rooms only 1 room has bedroom slippers but the housekeeping is very responsive by providing them to the rest of the room.
The front desk staff is very helpful but the cafe staff could be more polite and service orientated.
