Hotel was good value for money. However...
Hotel was good value for money. However while I find it normal to give a credit card imprint when checking in I objected to signing off on that "security deposit" I have never been asked to do that before anywhere in the world even though I have travelled extensively.We stayed at the hotel for 3 days, checked out and ten returned 2 days later. The first time I was asked for a security deposit of 2000 bhat but the escond time that was increased to 4000 for no apparent reason. We had a deluxe room with tea and coffee making facilities with an allocation of 2 tea bags. When I wanted one extra tea bag it was a "big deal" and incurred a dissproportionate charge for the one tea bag. Location was excellent... Hotel looked a little tired (it would have been something 30 years ago) but it was I feel good value fo money. Staff were not service orientated and when I wanted to take tea and toast from the breakfast room to my wife who was not well that day it caused a major problem with management being involved to give a final OK

Aisa hotel is above my expectation :...
Aisa hotel is above my expectation : room are clean, front desk service are good though a bit slow, most importance the location is great. The hotel is at the center of MBK and Pratunam in walking distance, best shopping area for different class/style of things. You can also take the BTS to any locations. 300batt to airport by taxi. And there are a few massages store just beside the hotel and close at 1am. So is perfect after the full day shopping and have a good massage before the day end. There are foods store beside and opposite the hotel, very easy to access.

Great hotel!Wonderful!It was my 5th wedding Anniversary and the hotel has been informed and gave us a surprise room decoration with roses on the bed and wonderful room! We are so blessed with lot of helps from the hotel.During our 1 week stay,The staff are so friendly(As usual). Especially a male staff who always help us to make up room and never fail to greet us :'Good morning,Sir!','How's your sleep?' The buffet is fantastic!Wide spread of choices. The limo service is good too! In fact, this hotel will be our choice of hotel whenever we come back to Bangkok again!Don't miss the chance to see the most wonderful Cabaret show at the base of the hotel!Very interest!Very convenient location,direct link to skytrain too!Remember to try out the CoCo Walk's Steamboat & BBQ buffet at THB90!!(S$5!!). It was just opposite the hotel and you can just use the overhead bridge to go there through the skytrain station.After shopping for whole,we always go down to the street beside the hotel for a traditional massage,the massage house called:Asia THai Traditional massage house.We love the road side Porkball shop!So yummy!!!Don't forget to try out the Western & Thai Restaurant which is just beside the 7-Eleven shop beside the hotel! A set of dinner consists of soup,drink & main course only cost about THB130!!(S$6++)! Asia Hotel! We will be back next year!!!! Aiyah! We forgot to try out the Jacuzzi!!Must try it next time.... I had no idea what to expect...
I had no idea what to expect when I booked my room, but on arrival discovered I had a lovely, very spacious room in a beautiful hotel in a great location. The only issue would be that in the beautiful spacious bathroom, the water-pressure was not great, but it was still fine for a shower. I was only ther for one day, but very happy with the service etc. I left early in the morning, and I was able to have the prepaid breakfast packaged to take with me without any problem aswell. Altogether the staff were helpful with directions and advice.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean, neat & tidy. Bed was comfy. Location was great. Breakfast was good. Overall a great hotel for the price & location.
