This hotel has excellent location. The rooms were nice but the only thing which upset me was there were 3 of us travelling and we had booked for a triple room. But unfortunately the hotel has only double or twin rooms and they pushed in an extra bed for the 3rd person which takes up a lot of space in the room. But it was alright as we were out most of the time. And also we find the bellmen were not too helpful when we asked them for directions.

The morning buffet breakfast is about the same as few years ago when I stay there. Should have more variety of food and keep changing the dishes once the first dish is finish.

Ideal being on a skytrain station, but often too big to care or be genuinely polite. Advertising was misleading, pictures showing a superior room with a double and single bed. No, you must pay for the extra bed which subtracted from the value of this hotel for our family.
