Have stayed here on numerous occasions because...
Have stayed here on numerous occasions because of its excellent location. Good facilities. However hotel need updating. Well past its use by date. Additionally, I felt that the level of service provided by the staff in the restaurant, (at breakfast) has deteriorated. Accordingly, have been looking at alternative accommodation for my next trip later this year.

near to skytrain, which was wonderful. Good for families. The breakfast could had been better. Had to improve the hot water in the bathroom.

I was actually shocked to see 2...
I was actually shocked to see 2 single beds in my room when I had booked for a double bed. Ofourse the room was later changed. But i guess the 2nd room wasnt used for ages. It was stinking and we had to use loads of air freshner. No tea-coffee making facility, no toothpastes and many essentials missed at the hotel. Rooms need immediate renovation. On the positive side - It has got a great location advantage. Many tourist places are easily accesible and huge shopping centre - MBK is also near by. I would rather opt for some other hotel at the same location.

i dont mind u hotel is saving the earth by working to the green enviroment but let the me know before i checking that u dont provide tooth brush....

This is not a hotel I would...
This is not a hotel I would use again. The staff where ok, even though it took four attempts to get my room changed. The room had a very bad musky odour. In another room I had to get them to repair the shower. I'm never that dirty that I need to be "steam cleaned" Even the toilet was flushing steaming hot water. Breakfast was ok. location good I've stayed in better hotels in Bangkok for less.

I just wanted to feedback that when...
I just wanted to feedback that when i checked in on 30th April 09 i was asked to make a deposit of about 4000baths for both rooms or i leave my credit cards with them and will be returned on the day we checked out. I have already made full payment upfront and why was it still required for the deposit. 4000bath is quite a lot and if we did not bring additional cash then it will be difficult for us. Credit card definitely cannot be given to keep. Overall the services were ok.

Stayed 5 nights at this hotel on...
Stayed 5 nights at this hotel on bed & breakfast basis with no problems. Breakfast was buffet style and had enough choice for all appetites. One of the best things about this hotel was the direct link to the Skytrain which we used several times. If guests are not taking organised excursions, the Skytrain makes it very easy to get around Bangkok. The staff were all friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

My partner and I have stayed at...
My partner and I have stayed at a hotel nearby being the pathanwai princess, which is excellent 5 star hotel but very expensive. We then found this hotel and have found it to be good value for money. It is also close to main shopping centre MBK and easy travel on train. If new and did not know about hotel, just make sure that you get one of the newly renovated rooms, not the old. This is my only downside to the hotel, but it appears that they are working constantly at upgrading rooms and facilities. We definitely give it the thumbs up ! Regards, Mick and Tanya(Australia)

For logistic purpose, Asia is best hotel...
For logistic purpose, Asia is best hotel to stay. Its second floor is connected to the Skytrain station. For travelling its the best way to beat the traffic jam.
