Second time I was at this hotel...
Second time I was at this hotel same week, I got expensive room, no others available, but this room not better than room I had just 3 days before but cost 1300 bath more, not worth money.....

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel and it was comfortable and well equipped. The location is great as it is right next to the sky train where there is access to the whole city. However it is a very busy hotel and you often had to wait for service at the reception.
We would definately reccommend this hotel and at £25.00 per night it is great value for money as breakfast is included.

Excellant hotel at a reasonable budget. I enjoyed the stay with my family a lot. Telephone expense could skyrocket if you try calling from the hotel, do not try this. Swimming pool on 5th floor was good. However the pool's water in 12th floor was saline. Overall the hotel would never dissapoint a budget traveller in my opinion

I was very disappointed in my stay here as I had booked in advance and requested a non-smoking, quiet room. My arrival time was after midnight because of flight delays but when I arrived they didn't seem to have a room for me. Finally they gave me my room key. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke. But because it was so late I didn't complain, although I couldn't sleep because of the endless traffic noise. When it was daylight I got up and noticed that the room wasn't even clean - peanut shells on the carpet and the previous guest had left their personal soap in the shower. The breakfast buffet had a good variety but I did notice cockroaches on the floor in the serving area.

The location of the hotel is good in my opinion as it is accessable to key areas of shopping. The decoration and lighting of the hotel emits a classy atmosphere. Waiting time at lobby is considerably short. Areas of concern includes the following: Firstly, the omission of common waste-bin, which are usually found at lift lobbies in other hotels, is seen as inconvenient to residents. Then, there are some faulty facilities in the room,mainly the heater system for both basin and bathtub taps. Temperature of water fluctuates unexpectedly. Lastly, there is no electric kettle, which can be rather inconvenient to residents who prefer warm water for consumption at night and in the morning. However room service was prompt and the food served meets the expectation. Concierge service was excellent too. Overall it was a pleasant stay throughout.

It is the first time I have stayed in a hotel that does not provide kettle for boiling water. There was no complimentary coffee and/or tea, and mineral water was chargeable.
Hot water has to be ordered in, so this poses inconvenience to families with infants.

very practical & cost effective to stay in Asia hotel for reason :
1. ease of access public transport( taxi, LRT,MRT)
2. Waiking distance from major shopping area ( Paragon, Siam, BIG, BMP)
3. very good front desk service and consistent security indentification when request for room key.

We had a free upgrade to deluxe room, most happy about that. The counter staff were friendly and polite. However, we had bad experience at the restaurant that serves our daily breakfast. The waitress were rude, black faced, service not good can could not speak English. The restaurant staff should improve more on customer service.
