Location of this hotel is perfect. Just 1 block from Pratunam Center (for those who like to shop). Abt 10 minutes walk to Central World Plaza and 15 minites to Siam Paragon and to Cit Lom BTS station. Good access everywhere. The room boy (the guy who's quite fat) was very friendly and helpfull. The rest, just so so...Food is ok. The only problem was they didn't provide room like what we had booked. We booked for room with king size bed but they gave us twin singgle bed. And the room not prepared when we arrived. We had to wait for abt 30 minutes.
This is a perfect hotel for budget...

If you want the nearby hotel to the fasion wholesale, this is not the right choice because it seperated by a busy road and quite a distance to it. On the otherhand, they ask me to top up another 400baht for each additonal guest, which it cost only 150baht if you book from asia room.

It was quite difficult at 1st to locate the hotel. Alot of taxi doesn't know the location. We have to mention Anoma or Big C then they know & drive us to this place. Aside from this, I think the hotel is very pleasant & for budget traveller & those coming with big family or especially for shopping fanatics who rarely stay in the hotel except to wash up & sleep like me, will find that it's really value for money. With a very reasonable room charges with daily breakfast, I really don't mind having to walk quite abit to go to the main road.
I would like to comments on the breakfast though, I believe you have quite abit of muslim travellers from Indonesia/S'pore/Middleast & so on, please provide more non pork breakfast. Maybe you can add on more variety of bread/cereal or salad. Thank you for a wonderful stay during my visit there.

At around USD30 per night, you can't ask for more. Room is spacious enough and generally well maintained. Although staff didn't really provide excellent service, but they are willing to help once u approach them. Didnt like the fact that there's only 2 non-thai channels though. (HBO and ESPN)
Location wise is to each persons' preferences. A walk to the nearest BTS station is approx 10mins (can be considered quite far especially after one whole day of shopping). Got to pass by smaller alleys to reach the hotel's lobby. Not recommend for ladies travelling alone. However, once out of small street, BigC is just beside it while Central Mall is opposite of it. Pratunam market, Platinium and Pantip plaza is along within walking distance from the hotel.

Some cleanliness problem in my room ~ light grey colour for all towels in bathroom, a burned hole by cigarette on bed sheet and the room stank when the air-conditioner was off!
No hair dryer in room or house keeping! Better to bring it by yourself if in need!

Overall very good stay for 5 days from 11 to 16 APRIL convenient location 5 mins walk to FOUR FACE BUDDHA & SHOPPING CENTRE.Buses near by can bring U 2 CHINATOWN ,MBK, SILOM and many tourists location . will stay here again in AUGUST. THK Asiarooms.com

The request for the extra bed was not quite satisfactory as the matress size was longer than the bed size!! imagine how can we rest properly during our stay.
The late check-out was not accepted by the hotel reception.
The breakfast had much improve compare to my last visit few year ago.
Bangkok City Inn was an ideal hotel for shopper and business people. It is very centralise and it is a walking distance to many well-known shopping place and wholesales market.
