Magnificent hotel. Truly one of a kind architecture. Very kind staff. Superb rooms. Stayed at a Banyan Tree Club Suite on upper floor. Seen other Hiltons and Marriots, but this beats them all. Will go back. Highly recommended.

Perfect end to our Thai holiday!
Everything about the Banyan Tree was more than we could have imagined and was the perfect end to a 2 week holiday in Thailand. The staff were always polite and amazingly helpful. They really did go the extra mile, from drinks on arrival and a smooth, fast check in to the 4.30am wake up call and breakfast box given to us on our very early departure and the little gift left on the bed the night before we left; We couldn't have asked for more. The room was a great size and the view fabulous. Little touches in the room such as the incense and the fruit were lovely. The dinner at Vertigo - although maybe a little overpriced compared to other places we visited in Bangkok - was beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. So much choice, we could have sat there for hours! I would have loved to have had time to use the spa but with so much else to see in Bangkok, I will have to go back! Thank you Banyan Tree!
My stay
Well where do i start at the front door we where greated by the concierge then it was at the front desk and a good too days started from there . the rooms where just wonderful the food was the same ..When we come we will be staying there again

Everything was to our expectation - very good. From arrival at the counter until the departure to the bell boy.
