I thought the hotel was good value for money although the rooms were a bit tired and not the cleanest. The hotel entrance and restaurants were lovely and so I was a bit surprised at the state of the rooms. The staff were nice, friendly and very helpful and the hotel facilities were good. The food in the restaurants was good although breakfast could be cold if you didn't get down early enough. The hotel was a bit out of the way but thankfully there was an MRT(subway) about 100 metres away which was great. Overall good value.
We needed somewhere in Bangkok to stay as we only there for one night on a transfer. We are budget ravellers but needed peace of mind. It was great we felt like kings for a day!
Best shower in all my travels!
I have a wonderful time in this Hotel. The overall services were very good. The staff at the front counter and at the Chinese Restaurant were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Location wise, it is quite convenient as it takes around five minutes to walk to the nearest train station (Ratchatha).
Clean & friendly hotel. Rooms are nice. Location is far from main areas, but sky train is a 5minute walk. The area is rather bland. Hotel is on a busy highway. If you don't mind the area, this is a great hotel for the money.
The chaophya Park Hotel for me was pleasant and the rooms are spaceious but i was unimpressed with the choice of breakfast and i found the catering staff unhelpfull and not very polite, therefore I would not stay here again.
I enjoyed my brief stay here and will return for a longer stay next time provided I can get a "breakfast included" deal. I was very happy with the room, the service and the location (not too far from the MRT station) but was disappointed that the breakfast was not included as it is at other hotels. While it was certainly satisfactory it is far too expensive to be paying for it as an extra.
The hotel is out of the way. Too far from the city but quite close to the Sunday market. We reached the hotel at about 9.30 pm hoping to grap some dinner. When we went around the surroundings of the hotel looking for food, there was not a single restaurant. The hotel is situated at one end of the street where no shops or eating place near by. We end up eating at the hotel coffee house. It takes about 45 minutes by taxi (if there is no traffic jam) to reach Siam Square from the hotel. Truly out of the way!!!!!
