It is always very relaxing and pleasant to stay at this hotel. It starts with the warm and very professional organized welcoming at the reception, the pleasant atmosphere, the cleanness of the rooms, the outstanding breakfast buffet, and while enjoying the great swimming pool you almost forget that you are in one of the busiest cities in SE-Asia!
Little improvements could be made such as noise isolation of the room entrance door and water leaking of the shower door. Nevertheless we already are looking for the next opportunity to stay again at this hotel! :-)
