booked room was gone - but without problems upgrade in business room. so the room was very good (but i cannot say about normal room). for normal tourist bad situated, you need about 30 min. to go by underground to the intresting sites.
breakfast ok, many, many groups.
the room looked clean, but behind the TV i found dirty dishes of former guest :))
all at all nice place if u do mind that it s far away of the touristacal attractions.
This is the 1st time I lodge with the hotel.
The reception service is warm, helpful and friendly. It has exceeded my expectations. The staff is really accomodative. I even get to use free internet, their promotion for now.
Room is spacious and bathroom is a luxury where there is plenty of space to manouevre.
Must say I am very pleased and would definitely return again.
Food is good with a wide spread of buffet. Restaurant ambience is pleasant and relaxing. However being vegetarian, there are few choices for my family. Now that is not a complaint. It is our family limitation.
Location is fine. MRT is 5 mins walk and taxis are aplenty.
Room charges are reasonable in my opinion.
Highly recommended.

The welcome and service at the hotel was very good indeed and could not be faulted. The rooms and facilities were excellent as were the staff. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much indeed and cannot think of anything more that would have improved the overall satisfaction with my stay
Near Metro line, easy to move around in the City via Metro and Skytrain. Especially good for business and family travellers. Excellent breakfast because we stayed in Business/Deluxe room. Those staying in Standard rooms ( much lower cost ) probaly will be diverted to the opposite building ( belonged to the Hotel too ) for their breakfasts and I'm not sure whether the choices of food the same or not. Will return to this Hotel in my next trip to BKK.
The hotel is rather good, for me the only big minus is the location. It is very far from everything. If you'll take this hotel, make sure you'll take the subway, otherwise you're stuck in the taxi for more than one hour to go to Silom, Lumpini, Sukumvith, ....
The rooms are big, the service very good, the price-quality also good.
We throughly enjoyed our stay, the service was good. The breakfast is really excellent. It is close to the Metro so it is very easy to get around Bangkok.
