My wife and I have stayed here twice now and on both occassions we were very happy with our stay. The underground train service is a easy walk away and if weather is not suitable, then there's still plenty of taxi's and Tuk Tuks to get you there. We use this hotel for when we are in Bangkok for a short stay as it is easy to get into the city centre and also to the airport.
Your room is value for money, I have stayed at heaps of other hotels in Bangkok over the last few years and the room and service you get here has been better than some of the 5 star hotels.
The short falls, location for those people who like the night life and to party, I would say the hotel is properly not realy suited but for families who are happy to use the train system to get into the central areas for shopping and so on then I would recomment the hotel 100%.
Breakfast is not always consistent, you will always find something nice to eat including the young ones who have not aquired that away from home taste, but sometimes what was nice the day before is not as nice the next day. But as I said you will find something else nice too eat.
The service you will recieve and also see will be worthy of a 4 1/2 star rating.
